Loan limits for Conventional and FHA Loans are increasing for 2023!

Conventional Loans
2022: $647,200 / $970,800 (High-Cost Areas)
2023: $726,200 / $1,089,300 (High-Cost Areas)

FHA Loans
2022: $420,680 / $970,800 (High-Cost Areas)
2023: $472,000 / $1,089,300 (High-Cost Areas)

This is an increase of over $100,000 from 2022 for high-cost areas. 

Homebuyers can borrow more without switching to a high-balance or Jumbo loan or other loan types, which typically includes higher rates and fees than Conventional and FHA loans.

We are now accepting Conventional Loans at the 2023 limits, and the FHA limit will take effect on January 1, 2023.
